Ito was born in Tokyo but brought up in Nakadaka and Okinawa because of his father's work. After working at a bar in Tokyo and working as a store manager, he went to Okinawa to practice taco and taco rice. He returned to Tokyo and started a taco stand. We drank in Cuba and Mexico to get to know the place.

For 3 years at Narimasu, he ran a bar with about 18 seats, but it became too crowded and he moved to this lower Akatsuka. He has many friends who are martial artists, and because of this connection, a certain famous DJ visited him the other day.

"Avocado salad (Guacamole!)" (700 yen) comes with a bowl of salad tortilla chips. "Japanese pond smelt escabeche" (480 yen) also goes well with beer. "Grill de Chicken Fajita" (850 yen) has an elegant European taste. I ate "Chicken quesadilla" and (600 yen) and I was very satisfied with my stomach.
