Guinness is the perfect pint!

It opened in Roppongi, a student town near Ohori Park, in August 2006. Mr. Dogome, who used to work in an Irish pub before starting this restaurant, is an expert in making more than 500 kinds of cocktails.

And they drew a Shamrock on the Guinness foam I ordered. This is a perfect pint. "If I have a chance to go to a real pub, I want to show off my skills." says the manager.

Also, as he plays for the grass soccer team himself and loves premiere, he talked passionately with a sharp point while watching Arsenal's game at the counter.

The inside of the store has brick walls and nostalgic lighting. Contrary to the chic atmosphere, the vivid pitches and players are shown on the large TV. "I want them to feel free to use it and spend it in their own style." says the manager.

However, this is not the kind of store where people shout loudly in replica uniforms. I ordered fish and chips recommended by the owner, and when I put them in my mouth, it said "?"? You don't feel the freshness of white fish. Surprisingly, instead of water, Guinness beer and spices are used for the batter, which makes it even more delicious. I also recommend the beef stew called "made by stewing Guinness beer" (1,000 yen).
