"I thought that if I could watch TV in the shop, the customers wouldn't get bored even if I came alone." says Ono, the master.
Based on such a simple idea, I decided to set up a TV (At that time, it was 21 inches.) and opened the shop 10 years ago. Since then, a community has been formed among the customers through sports broadcasting such as baseball, soccer and martial arts. The counter with only 20 seats at the most is always crowded with regular customers.
The yakitori that is grilled over charcoal with Binchotan charcoal by such a kind-hearted master and eaten with a special spicy miso sauce is from 130 yen for 1. Don't be shy when you're sober, but be sure to pay attention to the master's sudden change when he gets drunk.
